1. Data Controller

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPD-GDD), the user is informed of the following:

2. Personal Data Collected

This application does not collect, store or process any personal data.

Project Mars does not request or handle personal information such as:

  • Identifying data (name, ID number, email address, phone number)
  • Location or geolocation data
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, advertising ID)
  • Usage, browsing or in-app behaviour data
  • Cookies or any other tracking technologies

Therefore, there is no legal basis for data processing, as no personal data processing takes place.

3. Offline Operation

The application works entirely locally on the user’s device. It does not communicate with any external servers or transmit any information over the Internet.

4. Third-Party Services

The application does not integrate any third-party SDKs, libraries or services that carry out personal data processing (analytics, advertising, social media, etc.).

5. Minors

In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LOPD-GDD, since no personal data is collected, the application presents no risks for users of any age, including children under 14.

6. User Rights

Although no personal data is processed, users are informed that, should any processing take place in the future, they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability as set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, by contacting:

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

7. Policy Updates

The controller reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect legislative or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated through the application’s listing on the relevant app store.
